Role synopsis
• To be professional at all lab equipment operation at Shenzhen lab
• To be familiar with QA testing items from master formulation and lubricant enterprise standard, to plan, arrange, track and report QA tests and ensure all QA tests are carried out in time.
• To be country tag for finished product shelf life in China market and ensure shelf life provided is compliance with fusion
• To maintain and update MSDS for raw materials and finished product for Shenzhen plant.

Key accountabilities
• Lab equipment operation
 Can operate all lab equipment accordingly to working instruction
 Can provide lab equipment operation training to new joiners
• QA tests following up
 Prepare and review QA test check sheet for each master formulation according to master formulation and lubricant enterprise standard;
 Regularly review demand plan and prepare QA testing plan for each master formulation
 Arrange sample taking with production team
 Arrange sample testing both internally and externally
 Tracking testing progress
 Collect and consolidate test results
 Report QA test results
• Shelf life management
 Check product shelf life information from Fusion per request from planning team
 Provide shelf life information to planning team
• MSDS management
 To keep the latest version raw material SDS properly
 To review raw material SDS and update Raw Material SDS Identification Note to plant HSSE department
 To download product SDS from Fusion Chemmate website and upload product SDS into WMS website.

Essential Education
• College degree in Chemical or related field.

Essential experience and job requirements
The successful candidate should have:
• QC experience in manufacturing operations is preferred;
• College degree in Chemical or related field.
• Be familiar with ISO9001:2000; TS 16949, 5S.
• Basic communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic written and spoken English.
