Role synopsis
To keep unit running smoothly by operating one area of the unit from site. To act as isolation authority and forward controller for one area to ensure the site in safe condition. To conduct TPM activities to keep the unit running at high reliability.

Key accountabilities
To keep unit running smoothly by operating one area of the unit from site

• To control the operation from site to keep the unit running smoothly and efficiently for one area under the guidance of board operator
• To monitor the unit running condition by site patrol
• To trouble shoot on site for one area to ensure high plant reliability
• To operate the plant by following SOPs to make on-spec product
• To share learning with operation team and other department
• To initiate the SOP updating in his/her area
• To participate the punchlist of project

To act as isolation authority and forward controller for one area to ensure the site in safe condition
• To perform as a SPA for the isolation certificate for one area to ensure the work on site conduct safely
• To act as the representative of AA to ensure all risk control actions on PTWs in his area in place
• To act as a forward controller to ensure the emergency condition under control
• To ensure the site work performing safely by guiding site working activities
• To contribute the improvement of the safety performance by attending internal audit and reporting any unsafe conditions

To keep the unit in good shape and high reliability by a series TPM activities
• Keep the area tidy by doing housekeeping and organizing housekeeping audit
• To monitor equipments running condition on daily base and trouble shoot timely to keep equipments in his area running smoothly
• To drive PPO (predictive & and preventive operation) to improve the unit reliability
• To work together with maintenance team to keep the readiness of the stand-by equipments

Essential Education
Bachelor degree with major in chemical engineering, process safety, mechanical, electrical engineering or automation.

• Has an appropriate and safe level of knowledge in the emergency response areas
• Has basic process control and maintenance skills to do the job, but still requires close supervision and follow-up
• Receptive to teaching, instruction, and coaching

• Fresh graduates or less than 3 years of working experience in related disciplines.

• Good computer and Microsoft office skill
• Fluent Chinese. Mandarin speaking is essential.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Be flexible on shift working scheme
