Join the Weatherford compliance team in designing, developing, implementing, and managing our records and information governance program by relating business processes and systems to records management requirements. Weatherford is seeking a Records Manager with at least four years of applicable experience.
Design, develop, implement, and manage the records and information governance program by relating business processes and systems to records management requirements
Implement a records management strategy designed to meet the company's policies, business goals, compliance obligations, and program objectives
Direct the long-term implementation of the records management program: set standards and records management policies, establish accountability and business ownership of records
Direct the control of all business-related documents throughout their life cycle and records management improvement company-wide, by overseeing and working with department managers on a regular basis to ensure implementation and ongoing compliance
Gain a thorough understanding of the flow of information and records throughout the company and the record retrieval needs of business functions
Provide periodic updates and reports to team leaders on relevant program developments
Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, HR, and IT teams to refine and improve physical and electronic records management processes and systems
Administer the company's record retention and disposition schedules to preserve and protect historical records and information in compliance with regulations
Manage the storage and destruction of onsite maintained records
Conduct periodic evaluations of records and information management practices for purposes of assessing adherence to established records
Train users on records management practices
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment
Apply Weatherford, and where appropriate Client Company's, Quality, Health, and Safety and Environment Policy and
Safety Management Systems 
Proven ability to influence others and facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests

Demonstrated written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and follow-up skills, the ability to meet deadlines as well as the ability to converse effectively with all levels of employees
CRM designation
4+ years in program and/or project management
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing a records and information governance program
Experience with physical and electronic records and filing systems, including centralized repositories for record identification and storage
Experience with transitioning a paper record retention program into the digital world
Experience in global corporate environments, preferably within a company with operations in at least 30 countries
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Experience managing vendors, including invoice processing and approval
Demonstrated success managing complex and competing organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with organizations with a global footprint
Records management experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, energy, oil and gas, or finance
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Library or Information Science, Liberal Arts)
4+ years working with a legal department in a records management capacity
Experience working with legal technology including document management, matter management, and knowledge management tools
Experience working with records management technologies for identification, classification, and storage of records
