- During the internship/thesis you will develop and test various robust and easy to use data and signal processing algorithms.
- Therefore, you will learn about methods from different areas of Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics like advanced data mining, statistical analysis, fault detection and isolation, digital filter, state-space estimator, predictor to name only a few.
- Here you should develop a toolbox which can be integrated into our application environment.

We expect that you show readiness to tackle difficult problems, above-average motivation to implement existing approaches and test and develop new scenarios and pro-activeness to come up with new ideas on how to overcome possible challenges.

- You are in the final phase of your Bachelor/Master education and interested in data analytics for industrial processes.
- You have knowledge in at least one of statistical methods, signal processing or data mining.
- Knowledge of Matlab or similar tools for data analysis is mandatory.
- Experience in software development, algorithms, data structures, (in memory) data storage and object oriented programming languages (e.g. C#, Java) is of advantage.
- Basic knowledge in distributed control system and Human-Machine-Interfaces is of advantage but not mandatory.
