WorleyParsons is working with Saudi Aramco to progress work on the Southern Area Gas Project in Saudi Arabia. One of the objectives is to tie in gas to existing facilities at the Hawiyah Gas Plant from various locations in the South, helping the efficient management of the nation’s resources.

With over 50 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with in excess of 1,200 people working in the country and further growth expected we are looking for qualified individuals to join our team on this challenging project.

• Establish engineering requirements and source the necessary resources for the project
• Ensure engineering systems and procedures are developed and successfully rolled out for the project
• Ensure effective coordination between the engineering disciplines
• Provide HSE leadership to the engineering teams
• Responsible for ensuring the competency of the project engineering team
• Training and development of engineering staff
• Coordination of the engineering team. This includes addressing performance shortfalls with supervisors and rewarding good performance
• Drive communication relating to technical matters
• Ensure that technical integrity is not being compromised to meet schedules across the project
• Promote collaboration with other functional groups and stakeholders on engineering matters.

  • A recognized Engineering degree
  • A minimum of 20 years project engineering experience including experience as an Engineering Manager on onshore pipeline projects.
  • Must have proven experience of the modern EPC work process, including package management, workshare, and delivery systems (3D, integrated databases, etc.).
  • Previous Middle East and Saudi Aramco project experience is strongly preferred
