Fill the vacancy in Blades Industrialization organization, developing and validating the blade manufacturing process.

Participate in the material homologation projects, assuring the Process aspects or requirements.

Participate in the corresponding projects for developing new process or alternatives to the current ones.

Main Functions

To develop and validate manufacturing process for blades, both prepreg technology and infusion.

To define, perform, and document the tests necessary that determine the process and their limits.

To review the Process documentation (GPS's) in which is define the requirements for the production plants.

To analyze the non-conformities in production related to process requirements described in GPS. After analyzing, determine for closing the NC.

Collaborate in the homologation process for new material (CSM). To evaluate the material processability and identify the corresponding process requirements for these materials.

To standardize the procedures for material homologations, classifying by families (resins, adhesives, fibers, cores, coating systems, ...).

To participate on the projects for technological product development (TD's), identifying the process aspects may be affected or involved in the new product.

To conduct periodic visits to the production plants for identifying problems or areas for improvement on the existing processes or that require a search for alternative materials.

To promote working sessions for continues improvement, where collect and analyze new ideas for developing alternative processes. It can be performed with different participants or areas in the company.

To align all activities and results of the area to the Annual Key Performance Indicators and Manufacturing Objectives.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
