This role is an Enterprise Strategy & Insights Leader who will be a strategic partner to business leaders in a shared mission to strengthen stakeholder engagement with Exelon, and strengthen the company's leadership position in the clean energy sector.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and will help build, manage develop and activate the Reputation and Business Intelligence Program -- a business intelligence capability that measures, monitors, and addresses engagement with key customers and stakeholders. This individual will also shape enterprise strategies and influence critical decisions with insights, marketplace intelligence and fact-based evidence to enhance growth and community engagement across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in breakthrough quantitative and qualitative research methods that deliver deep stakeholder insight, and experience working with advance methods, social and digital analytics, and performance metrics. Beyond these requirements, this individual must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a strong communicator and leader of diverse teams. They must also demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, visionary aptitude and ability to operate effectively as a member of a very fluid, transparent and collaborative team.

1. Build and operationalize our Business and Reputation Intelligence System to inform corporate positioning and engagement strategies.
2. Drive deeper understanding of business success metrics and stakeholder expectations
3. Further develop and validate critical stakeholder engagement parameters and related metrics
4. Partner with business leads to drive maximum utilization of insights and analytics
5. Monitor and assess stakeholder influence system
6. Vision, build and operationalize system dashboards and data visualization approaches
7. Build early warning system and response capabilities
8. Partner closely with operating companies, business teams and functional groups to access relevant data to enhance existing models and improve accuracy of engagement impact estimates and predictive outcome assessments

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. An advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in customer insights, business analytics, market research or related field
• Experience with digital listening and social media monitoring and analytic platforms
• Experience working on major brands and brand insights and/or corporate reputation/reputation management
• Strong leader. Clear and concise communicator
• Some experience in developing integrated BIG data systems, analytics tools and data visualization
• Experience working in a large multi-national company and global corporate function a plus
