Our Facilities Maintenance Planner/Scheduler career offers you the opportunity to monitor and measure the work performed by our technicians to ensure client satisfaction and passenger comfort. You would provide support for our project and our client through planning, scheduling and managing assignments that deploy materials and people to optimize performance and promote the long-term stability of our client's assets.
This position requires that you demonstrate excellent organizational skills, solid technical report writing abilities, proven data analysis capabilities and leadership that engages others to push project goals forward to meet KPI metrics. In this position, you would enter, analyze and report data generated through the Infor CMMS to track and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of work order completion activities. This would require extensive use of MS Excel and Access for data analysis and for creating graphs, charts and other visual representations of data that show program performance. You would work with management and technical staff across three shifts to identify where and how to improve work scheduling with a goal of keeping everyone on task to meet or exceed our established KPIs (safety, cost, quality, and schedule).
The Atlanta Airport project operates 3 shifts daily on a 24/7/365 schedule. Other work scheduling requirements may also apply during extreme weather events or in the event that training or coaching are needed across shifts.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering or related technical field. Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of responsibility in analyzing data, providing reports to management, and providing leadership to push project goals to meet KPI performance.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be covered by CH2M's liability insurance carrier

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
• Infor EAMS experience preferred

Must be able to successfully pass airport fingerprinting and back ground check.
