The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the Company's cash management and the corresponding banking and other financial institutions relationships.

• Establish business-oriented priorities for the cash management function, and work to provide new insights which lead to creative and efficient use of the companies working capitol.

• Establish and implement a cash management structure strategy which reflects both shorter term operating forecasts and broader corporate fundamentals developed in part by application of innovative cash flow modeling techniques that optimize cash and debt resources.

• Proactive management of Jacobs banking partners, Prepare periodic banking partner reports.

• Creation of international financing and bank relationship strategy for the medium term to facilitate delivery of Jacobs cash management strategic objectives.

• Ensuring effective cash management and tracking systems exist to provide accurate cash position.

• Providing monthly, quarterly and annual projection for interest and cash flows for incorporation into Jacobs financial projections.

• Ensuring the most effective investment of cash balances within operating business across the world.

• Develop and manage close relationships with:

• External Banks

• Internal: CFO/Controller/Regional Controllers

• Develop and manage all bank account documentation and online banking programs for all domestic and international banks

• Complete and manage month and quarter end Oracle closings
• Ten+ years of treasury management experience in a multi-national business environment or a financial services organization doing International banking.

• Hands-on experience with cash management online banking systems both in the US and Internationally.

• Superior business and analytical skills, able to focus on key issues and solve problems.

• Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.

• Expresses a proper sense of urgency from both a personal perspective and from the nature of a given assignment. Likes to achieve quick and accurate results.

• Two+ years of experience with Oracle, Excel and Access

• An undergraduate degree in either accounting or finance is required. An MBA is preferred.
