The Cost Analyst will be a key resource in enabling the component teams to deliver global cost competitiveness and accelerate the achievement of cost out targets; will be responsible for completing detailed financial analysis on component team projects & prioritizing cut in to maximize impact. The role will require knowledge of finance, sourcing, manufacturing and program management coupled with the personality traits of a highly motivated self-starter with creative problem solving abilities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Own financial models for component teams • Global Price Variance & cut-in analysis for components
• Support analysis for weekly cost reviews

• Support cost estimators in setting standards & Cost Handbook
• Track and manage cost out initiatives
• Collect details and manage project pipeline
• Liaise/work together with Supply Chain leaders, participate in regional/global roll-ups/reviews
• Leverage Supply Chain, Accounts Payable finance experience to serve as a finance support
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support simplification efforts
• Financial management of the operation from forecasting to analysis to driving cost out initiatives
• Support monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes, ensure accuracy of monthly/quarterly financials and timely metrics, KPI reporting and variances to plans
• Drive planning processes: use deep cost knowledge to drive accurate short and medium term forecast and drive cost out through
• Own and drive development of analytical solutions for metrics, cost and Supply Chain Sourcing activity, liaise with the Business Intelligence teams


• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or related fields from an accredited college or university • Knowledge of cost accounting

• Supply chain finance experience: Should cost analyzing
• Extensive experience in finance / accounting
• Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
