The Lead Cost Analyst will be a key resource in enabling the component teams to deliver global cost competitiveness and accelerate the achievement of cost out targets. The role will require deep expert knowledge of supply chain finance, sourcing, manufacturing and program management coupled with the personality traits of a highly motivated self-starter with creative problem solving abilities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing detailed financial analysis on component team projects and prioritizing cut in to maximize impact • Serving as a supply chain finance advisor to the team
• Owning and running financial models for component teams
• Developing new analytics to enable product cost out decisions
• Performing global Price Variance & cut-in analysis for components
• Supporting analysis for weekly cost reviews

• Tracking and managing cost out initiatives
• Collecting details and managing project pipeline
• Supporting cost estimators in setting standards & Cost Handbook
• Working together with Supply Chain leaders, participating in regional/global roll-ups/reviews
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting simplification efforts
• Supporting monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of monthly and quarterly financials and timely metrics, KPI reporting and variances to plans
• Drive planning processes: use deep cost knowledge to drive accurate short and medium term forecast and drive cost out through
• Owning and driving development of analytical solutions for metrics, cost and Supply Chain Sourcing activity, liaising with the Business Intelligence teams
• Acting as a Program Manager in guiding projects from idea to completion


• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or related fields from an accredited college or university or equivalent • Extensive experience in supply chain finance / accounting

• Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

• Supply chain finance experience: Should costing
• Experience in accounts payable controls
• Able to adapt and drive change
• Able to work across different teams

• Affinity to IT, automation, efficiency processes and systems
