For our business structures in Local Business Unit Transformers located in Lodz we are looking for candidates for a position of HR Manager who will be responsible for HR support for BU managers and employees.

- Helps management to identify and align people with current and future business needs, with particular focus on leading the efforts in developing and retaining of identified top talents;
- Proactively engages in solving employees HR related issues;
- Supporting the management to apply group competency models, identify the training and development needs and in collaboration with HR Center facilitates availability of resources to address the needs;
- Understand and support the business needs for change;
- Drives implementation of innovative HR initiatives and policies that align with the cultural change and the long-term business requirements;
- On a local business level identifies areas for improvement and innovation and challenges business leaders;
- Leverages the HR Center and the HR functions, utilizing the functional expertise and operational capacity to deliver efficient results with high quality;
- Liaises with work-stream experts in HR Center to ensure all HR activities meet the highest standards in terms of innovation, quality and efficiency in solutions and delivery to meet the needs of the business;
- Provides support during recruitment activities within respective area.

- Master's degree preferably in HR related discipline;
- At least 3 years experience in Business HR or generalist role;
- Ability to understand and analyze business and HR issues;
- Very good knowledge of Polish Labour Law;
- Perfect communication skills both in Polish and English;
- Proactive and independent personality with stress resistance;
- Ability to work in a group and individually;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of SAP HCM will be an advantage.
