We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Facilities Manager at our Blairsville, PA facility.
In this position, a Manufacturing Facilities Manager can expect to be responsible for the following:
  • Plan and direct Facility Operations (Hard and Soft Services), in the operation, maintenance, modifications, and replacement of all equipment, instrumentation, utilities, and buildings at the assigned facility.
  • Implement innovative ways to optimize the utilization of manpower while satisfying the needs of the designated site.
  • Works in cooperation with plant maintenance team and local site management.
  • Work with the U.S. Operations Manager to control designated site facilities budget.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Five or more years of management experience.
  • Six to nine years of overall facility or maintenance experience.
  • Successful management of operations budget exceeding 1 million.
