About the opportunity

We are looking for a suitably experienced Systems and Reporting Coordinator to join our experienced team in the Perth office. This is a dual role supporting the Asia Pacific Quality team and the Industrial Australia business unit's Performance Excellence team and reports to the APAC Quality Assurance Leader based in Brisbane. This role will suit an experience Reporting Coordinator able to communicate to all levels of the Jacobs business confidently and consultatively, and with the ability to speak up and have input into changes within the delivery of work produced by Quality and Industrial Australia Performance Excellence teams. You can look forward to working in a high performing team and having a variety of projects and commercial outcomes to support across a number of countries in the Asia Pacific.

About you

In supporting both Quality and Performance Excellence you will be using a number of project management, financial and reporting systems but we will be looking for an expert level user in Excel MS Office who is comfortable demonstrating proficiency in VBA (Macros), advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts & data trending analysis. In addition you should have advanced to expert capability in systems including;

  • Word - Advanced formatting and templates creation, design and maintenance, VBA (Macros) and process automation, advanced use of developer tool controls and properties
  • PowerPoint - Advanced formatting and templates creation, design and maintenance, integration of Adobe Flash Dashboards, Media content management and integration from alternative MS Office applications
  • Access - Advanced MS Access Development, creation of MS Access Web Databases integrated with MS SharePoint, Expert data integration and mapping, VBA (Macros), process automation, Expert structure and Durability Capability and Validation Capability
  • SharePoint End User Developer & Front End Development:
  • Expert Front End Development, Adobe Flash Integration, Intermediate HTML and Cascading Style Sheets, Expert Integration of alternate MS Office applications, linked data tables and external data connections, global data solutions, Advanced use of Web Parts/Widgets
  • MS Infopath - Expert form creation, design and development. Automation of processes and external data connections
  • SAP Business Objects - Xcelsius - Advanced interactive Dashboards and Data Trending Analysis
  • Web Development - Intermediate HTML and Cascading Style Sheets, Advanced SharePoint Integration, Media Content management
  • CSS5+ developer
