Project Assistant to Project HSE Management Do you want to help us standardise our key administrative and communicative activities?
Join us and become our new Project Assistant in Project HSE Management, which is responsible for the continued strategic development of the performance within Health, Safety and Environmental management. The department is providing resources and competences within project HSE to the Wind Power projects, from the late development stages until handover of a finished project to the Wind Power Operations organisation
The department is part of Wind Power, which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Europe.
You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
Your key duties will be to
  • support our department processes and internal and external projects with within process optimisation and standardisation as well as some administrative tasks
  • support the HR processes throughout the year
  • plan standardised HSE on-boarding for new employees and consultants
  • strengthen and support communication within the department
  • help ensure that the department processes and procedures comply with corporate standards.

 Furthermore, you will help plan and organise seminars, conferences and venues as well as coordinate and plan meetings, prepare agendas and presentations. You will also provide administrative and project support to the management team in the department.
 Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, for instance business administration or similar
  • have experience with administration, documentation or finance or experience from a similar position in an international company
  • are a proficient MS Office user and preferably also SAP
  • speak and write English fluently
  •  are driven, motivated and structured as well as be service- and open-minded.

 Moreover, you must possess good analytical skills and have a proactive approach combined with the ability to interact with colleagues and other stakeholders at all organisational levels.
