  • Lead technical contract negotiations for the foundation installation tender including noise mitigation systems
  • Provide scope of work
  • Evaluate foundation installation and noise reduction (NRS) concepts with respect to technical feasibility and robustness, noise mitigation efficiency and commercial aspects
  • Analyse noise prognosis as well as authorities noise requirements and manage interface closely
  • Evaluate different hammer with regards to piling speeds and noise emissions, deck layouts, sea fastenings; moreover evaluate noise reduction systems on the market and follow up latest developments; in addition evaluate port layouts and load out proposals
  • Assess risk assessments, method statements, lift plans and operating instructions
  • Ensure HSSE approvals
  • Support the certification and MWS process
  • Coordinate internal and external interfaces such as scheduling, engineering, certification, marine coordination, HSSE, authorities, NRS suppliers, vessel suppliers, marine warranty surveyor, noise recording companies
  • Steer clients reps
  • Represent the client interests on onshore and offshore construction sites
  • Compilation as built documentation

  • University or alternative academic degree in engineering or a comparable field of study and/or maritime training, such as Master Mariner
  • Several years experience as a project engineer or a technical tender manager
  • Experienced in technical contract management
  • Relevant experiences in foundation installation and noise reduction, ideally also versed in different installation and noise mitigation systems
  • Versed in capex reduction
  • Structured thinking and development of methods and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Good skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in English and German language skills at an intermediate to professional level
