Seize the opportunity to take on a new role and contribute to placing health, safety and environment issues on top of the agenda. You will be responsible for the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) department and will report to the Quality Manager at Power Transformers. The HSE department has an important function in supporting Power Transformers with HSE related topics, but also to drive our certification process for ISO certification, as well as the development and implementation of a quality school for all employees.

Your main mission will be to lead a skilled and engaged team of four co-workers, and you will, naturally secure right competences and create development opportunities for your team. Equally important in your role will be to market and communicate our services and expert knowledge throughout our entire organization. You will also play an important role in the Quality management team.

This is a varying and challenging position where you will play a key role in integrating health, safety and environment issues in our organization. You will also have close collaborations with engaged and skilled colleagues. In other words, this could be the beginning of a prosperous future within ABB.

You hold a University degree in a relevant field and you have experience from a similar role. Management experience is an advantage, preferably with personnel responsibility and you have solid knowledge in health, safety and environment issues. Since you will be part of a global business, fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
