Robotics develops, manufactures and markets robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, tracks and motor packages. We have bases in Västerås, Jönköping and the Gothenburg area in Sweden. Over 90% of our production goes to export and our customers include all major auto manufacturers. The auto industry and its sub suppliers and to an increasing extent general industry, such as the food industry, are automating their production with robots. Welding, machine tending, materials management, grinding, packaging and assembly are the most common applications. Our robots and robotics are sold via local ABB companies and via independent systems integrators and OEM companies - companies we call our Partners. The unit has 700 employees.

The Swedish Front End Customer Support team at Robotics currently consists of three positive and energetic sales engineers. We are now looking for a communicative and service minded person who enjoys interaction with customers, and contributes to a successful team. We have the highest ambition to create lasting customer relations while providing value added services to our customers and Business Partners. In this varying and challenging role you will manage everything from customer support tasks, such as responding to customer support inquiries either by phone or mail, to order administration. Since you are also part of an energetic and ambitious Sales Team you will find yourself in a positive and dynamic environment where high ambitions are matched with collaborative spirit. You have an academic degree within areas such as Economics or Engineering or equivalent competence. Experience from CRM systems is a strong advantage, as is service management, sales or marketing. Knowledge of the automation industry or robots is considered an additional qualification. It is also a plus if you are familiar with ABB's internal systems, e. g. SAP/R3. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required. You also need a strong sense for service combined with good communication skills and the ability to instill confidence in competence. You are responsible, social and open minded as well as able to work proactively and solution-oriented. In addition, you have the ability to juggle a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
