Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Consolidate regional financial information for key cash flows, CM and certain base costs
  • Understand and communicate the financial performance of your region
  • Understand cash and income statement drivers and improve overall execution
  • Lead review, planning and pacing cycles for your given regions, including monthly & quarterly project reviews, quarterly & annual planning and weekly & monthly operating reviews
  • Partners with Service Directors on strategic initiatives & project execution
  • Understand project milestones and cost drivers
  • Ensures a high level of Controllership
  • Support and execute integration and transformation initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance)
  • 3 years of financial experience working with Operations teams
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate financial information and support the executional improvements
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo, draw conclusions independently and rally support
  • Understanding of SAP, Business Objects, Business Warehouse, Hyperion, Tableau & Qlikview
