The Global Communication Channels Leader will be responsible for developing and executing contemporary, dynamic, and informative global communications for Power Services employees through new and existing channels. They will play a key role in communicating the Power Services organization vision, strategy, and culture, while connecting employees to business priorities and objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

The Global Communication Channels Leader will develop and implement contemporary communications strategies to help articulate business priorities and drive employee engagement across Power Services. They will partner with key stakeholders and content creators to develop compelling stories to share across a variety of internal channels, including digital publications, leadership blogs, online collaboration tools, and employee portals.

  • Curate and maintain the global story pipeline and editorial calendar for internal communications in Power Services.
  • Act as editor-in-chief for all PS global publications, managing the development process from story selection and writing to publication and distribution.
  • Develop new and innovative channels to communicate with the global Power Services employee population.
  • Convey complex business messages and stories through clear and articulate communications in a variety of mediums.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and content creators across the business.
  • Manage organization-wide and smaller-scale initiatives in support of business communications and employee engagement.
  • Use metrics, data, and insights to develop and manage communications campaigns and channels.


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or other related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in developing and managing creative communications programs, including global employee communications.
