The Network Communications Leader will partner with senior business leaders to build and execute strategic communications plans for the Power Services Global Repairs network. They will play a key role in communicating the Power Services organization vision and strategy to targeted employee audiences, including change management-focused communications.

Essential Responsibilities

The Network Communications Leader will develop and implement contemporary communications strategies to help articulate business strategy and drive employee engagement with the Global Repairs network.
  • Partner with Power Services leaders to develop targeted communications strategies, working with other key stakeholders across the business and Repairs network to manage and implement these plans.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop internal communications strategies to connect network employees to business priorities.
  • Develop new and innovative channels to enable network leaders to effectively engage their teams, sparking ideas, insights, and two-way dialogue.
  • Convey complex business messages through clear and articulate communications in a variety of mediums.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and content creators across the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor/strategic counselor to senior leaders.
  • Manage organization-wide and smaller-scale initiatives in support of business communications and employee engagement.
  • Use metrics, data, and insights to develop and manage communications campaigns.


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or other related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in developing and managing creative communications programs, including global employee communications.
