The Channel Sales Specialist is responsible to generate the new customer accounts and handle channel sales for CMS business. The position should provide support to Channel Partner in the assigned region to get the sales and train their service engineers and also meet the operating plan and will be responsible to collect payment and maintaining DSO. The position has to travel complete Maharashtra & Goa for the business development activities.

Essential Responsibilities

The Channel Sales Specialist provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
• Provide for sales to assigned customers through the formulation and execution for strategies and plans that capitalize on the customer's strengths as supplemented by GE's products and services
• Build customer relationships with the assigned customer for sales
• Support the assigned customer in sales activities and provide assistance to the customer in identifying new opportunities
• Coordinate activities and establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, and delivery
• Negotiate contracts as required. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
• Work with Marketing to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers
• Make recommendations for continued growth


Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering from an accredited university OR college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales position)
