Jacobs Technology is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic self-starter to join the AOC WS Production Center at Langley AFB as a system administrator for C2 Mission Applications on the Interim Sustainment Services (ISS) contract. This is a contract that provides a broad range of engineering support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC'S) Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System program located at Hanscom AFB and their geographically separated unit at Langley AFB. . Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Integration of C2 systems supporting AOC Plans and Ops cell tasks, including but not limited to planning, ATO production, SA, weather, and TST

Research system changes and provide integration strategies associated with AOC WS implementations.

Implement upgrades in a controlled lab environment.

Manage and upgrade host OS (e.g., Redhat Linux knowledge, etc.)

Document trouble-ticket resolution.

Support all phases of integration, testing and fielding.

Foster a collaborative working relationship with C2 mission application providers,

industry SMEs, and functional area representatives.

• Detailed AOC experience in the integration and deployment one or more of TBMCS, MAAPTK, JADOCS, GCCS-J;

• Detailed understanding of interfaces and configuration requirements for AOC WS interoperability;

• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining MS Windows Server 2003R2SP2, 2008SP1, and/or 2008R2;

• Working knowledge of capabilities, functions and use of listed systems/applications.

• Understand the USMTF message format and interfaces.

. Current CompTIA Security + certification.

• Experience with scripting such as PowerShell and VB Script Desired

• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining MS Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, MS Windows 7, 8, and 10 Desired


AA degree and 8 years of experience


This position requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

This position may require travel of up to 25%.

Essential Functions

Work Environment

Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.

Equipment and Machines

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.


Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.

Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must be able to travel when necessary to accommodate customer and program requirements.
