Expense Report Specialist is responsible for auditing global expense reports for compliance with policies and procedures prescribed by management. Our Expense Report Specialist must develop knowledge of multiple policies and processes, including commercial, expat, and  federal regulation requirements specific to expense reports.  This position requires independent judgment for problem solving, answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Performs auditing reviews of employee expense reports for five global regions.
  • Examines receipts, documents, policies, and other expense related factors.  
  • Responsible for auditing and the examination of a wide variety of expense categories.    
  • Responsible for Commercial, Federal, and Expat audits.
  • Makes recommendations and gives feedback of audit findings to managers.   
  • Provides guidance to team members on complex audits.
  • Reviews their progress and work for adequacy, method, and procedures.
  • Works on special projects as needed.
  • Tests expense and Oracle modules as needed.
  • Completes audits within Global Service Level Agreement. 

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle - preferred, SAP or similar)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal in English
  • Previous experience in finance and accounting
