We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Global Support Specialist 1 on our WECTEC IT team in Charlotte, NC.

The Global Support Specialist 1 will be responsible for the following:
  • Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair computer systems, printers, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Install and upgrade company standard software applications. Utilize help software to document and status daily work assignments.
  • Assist in providing technical support for home office and several remote offices within your region.
  • Works under immediate supervision.

Job Requirements

Typically is a college/university graduate or has equivalent experience.
