Responsible for orders, commitments and convertible orders for the product portfolio. Provide technical sales support to the Account management teams and liaise with Product Line on market needs. Support deal negotiations & closure with customers partnering with account managers. Develop winning strategies, to achieve order closure.

Essential Responsibilities

The Product Sales Manager B/E Gas Turbine will be responsible for:

• Driving growth + MS within the respective platform
• Upgrade campaigns, region demand
• Drive opportunity pipeline (SFDC), bottom up unit by unit
• Deal support / lead
• Development platform specific knowledge and skills in region sales community
• Package full plant scope into projects - work GE store (incl. digital)
• Drive growth synergies

In addition, this role will:

• Demonstrate deep technical expertise on B/E fleet
• Own uprates, parts & repairs & non-standard solutions
• Upsells complex solutions value
• Owns an OP for technology
• Is a technical sales face of GE
• Drive the "product campaigns" in the allocated geography/technology
• Support GE to GE Parts sales
• Own outage Sales target together with Account Managers (Parts, Repairs, Services)


• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business from an accredited university or college
• 6+ years of experience in product -related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role

Desired Characteristics

• Broad and deep understanding of the commercial cycle - including product line/marketing/sales/commercial operations/engineering
• Ability to influence cross-functional business teams to drive sales and growth in defined product portfolio
• Knowledge of the market economics and competitive issues, project development and
• Strong product knowledge or Application Engineering experience, and understanding of NPI and product positioning strategy
• Previous experience in commercial operations or Risk / understanding of the proposal development
process and tools
• Ability to travel regularly - estimated at 50-70% of time
• Long-term business mindset
• Strong presentation skills at the executive level
• Experience of GE's, ECLP or CLP is an advantage
• Italian, Spanish, French will be a plus
