We are looking for a Framework Support Assistant/Team Secretary to join our Central Manchester based Estates Management team.

Our Estate Management team work with some of Jacobs' most prestigious clients offering a wide range of Estate Management services. As such, they work on a wide range of diverse and extremely challenging projects.

We are looking for someone to join the team and assist with the administration tasks which underpin the team.

  • Provide daily assistance to the Head of Framework Support Team
  • Daily processing of commissions and purchase orders
  • Processing and managing of all hard copy files and deed requests
  • Processing and maintaining of office invoice payments
  • Provide day-to-day support to PM's/All staff on general queries and issues
  • Assist PMs and staff with document production as well as with travel bookings, if necessary
  • Provide day-to-day support for Office Lead
  • Provide assistance to the Framework Support team especially with regards to the handling of the daily post-exchange with the client and the provision of admin cover during the Admin Assistant's day off
  • Diary management for Office Lead and PMs

The personal qualities would be :-

• GCSE's( inc Mathematics and English)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willing to undertake on the job training
• Willing to carry out an appropriate apprenticeship in administration
• A proactive individual
• Participate in a programme of self/professional development to ensure skills, knowledge and understanding are added to and kept up to date.

• Work flexibly within the Business to provide comprehensive support to all areas as required.
