The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting engineers and management with the planning and execution of project and facility programs.

  • Core tasks include creating, organizing, and filing of project documentation.
  • Provide project planning support for engineering tasks.
  • Provide support in the development of project plans which includes; recording timelines, task schedules, purchase tracking, vendor availability, corrective actions take, and project timelines.
  • Receiving and distribution of mail.
  • Recording and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Entering and management of project documentation.
  • Setup and staging of meeting materials.
  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills. Individual will coordinate projects with engineering, management, OPS and MNX.
  • Perform purchasing research.
  • Person must be able to work independently, be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to assist in the identification of project improvements and cost savings.

• Requires one (1) year of college with courses in business administration, engineering, computer science, or industrial management, and a minimum of three (3) years progressive experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Associates degree in business or engineering technology is desired
• Must have good communication skills, both oral and written, and working familiarity with computers and office systems.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office focusing on Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with computer based database applications
• Ability to type over 60 WPM
• Document control (filing, distribution, etc...)
• Coordinating meeting schedules; preparing meeting agendas
• Maintaining project issues list
• Generating project timelines and reports
• General project management assistance

Day shift with flexibility based on need- 100%

Critical for employee to be on time on a regular basis.

Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Other Essential Functions

Must pass a drug screen, Background check, and Health Performance Evaluation. Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers. management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel

to and from customer ' s locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline

travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.
