Lead HR Consultant driving learning and talent Would you like to drive our new learning strategy and develop talents in one of the leading energy companies in Northern Europe?
Join us and become Lead HR Consultant in Talent & Performance Management, which is responsible for learning, talent and performance management across DONG Energy. We focus our efforts on unfolding potential, building a learning culture by implementing the 70:20:10 model and driving performance throughout the organisation. We are in the midst of adjusting our mind-set regarding learning and development in the company striving at building a stronger learning culture to enhance performance.
Talent & Performance Management is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group Support, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company.
You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
Your key tasks will be to
  • be responsible for driving our learning strategy across DONG Energy and increase experiential and relational based learning
  • be responsible for one of our talent development programmes including design, content, planning, support and communication to ensure maximum value for the high potentials and their managers
  • be responsible for our Graduate Programme with the support of our team
  • be responsible for implementing the 70:20:10 model in close collaboration with the team and our HR business partners
  • proactively engage and develop the talents' immediate managers
  • be the facilitator of learning workshops for leaders and learners.
Moreover, you will be responsible for creating learning campaigns and initiatives to support continuous learning and ensure continuous development of learning tools. In addition, you will support our DONG Energy Academy and our corporate programmes and act as the go-to adviser to the business in terms of learning.
Your qualifications and core competences include that you
  • have a relevant master's degree
  • have extensive experience within experiential and relational based learning, talent development and strategic HR, preferably from large international organisations
  • possess the integrity and personal impact to engage comfortably and build relationships with talents and leaders at all levels
  • are a skilled communicator and possess comprehensive understanding of learning and development and talent management processes
  • possess full English proficiency both orally and written.
Further, you have a strategic, commercial and result-oriented approach to your work.
