The role is for an experienced engineer in the transportation infrastructure market to support our local CH2M business manager in Stockholm to develop our business predominately in Sweden, but also Norway. The role will help develop client relationships in both contractors and public bodies, lead bids and tenders on behalf of the local client facing office with support from UK bid teams and then lead delivery and project manage exciting new and large transportation projects. This will predominately be in the roads, bridges & tunnels and rail markets, but may include airports and support to other business groups such as water and nuclear.

We will be appointing two roles in this position in Stockholm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual(s) to work with our local managers in Stockholm to determine the size and shape of this exciting new business, with the support of one of the global leaders in this market who are investing substantially in the region. We are particularly looking for individuals who have experience of developing client relationships and bidding as well management of projects.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Ownership of specffic pursuits and sales
• Works with the Country Manager and others to develop strategy
• Works with the Country Manager to orchestrate client face time
• Client account planning and management
• Leads teaming partner discusions, development of relationships and alliance/partner agreements
• Develops capture plan and win strategies
• Engages Technology and Innovation
• Drives the commercial/pricing strategy for spefific pursuits/bids
• Manages assessment and mitigation of risk on bids and projecs
• Plans, leads, and manages the capture
• Assess and plan resource needs
• Mobilises and estbalish new projects, compliance with CH2M project managment requirments and governance
• Ensure deliverables to clients are met, on time, and the required level of quality
• Monitor and manage or commercial aspects of projects
• Accountable for:
o Pursuit win/loss
o Risk management in bids and of projects
o Meeting specific pursuit budget
o Meeting KPIs including those related to project management

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
• 10years+ experience that includes a sales/business and management of projects
• Degree level education. Preferable European recognised professional membership.
• Nordic Local market, processes and local procurement knowledge essential
• Swedish and English launguage
• Abilities required:
