Airswift's client, a multinational company in the O&G market, recruits a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil.

- Brazil, Brasil, Sao Paulo.

  • Brazilian citizens residing in Sao Paulo and neighboring cities. Professionals who live in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais can also be considered if they have complete availability of moving to Sao Paulo (without any assistance from the company);
  • Availability for domestic travels (at least 70% of the time);
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Complete domain of Excel tools;
  • Previous and proven experience with sales teams management, aiming at the achievement of business results;
  • The professional should be energetic and focused on results;
  • Good knowledge of the domestic market of lubricants;
  • Previous experience with the development of sales strategies based on market analysis;
  • Previous commercial activity in the lubricants, bearings or additives markets.

  • Advanced / Fluent English.

  • Responsible for managing a sales team of 7 people;
  • Organize and manage the team sales, aiming at individual results achievements as well as sales budget compliance for the region of Sao Paulo;
  • Formulate sales strategies based on market analysis.

  • Cidadaos brasileiros que residam em Sao Paulo ou cidades vizinhas. Profissionais que moram nos estados do Rio de Janeiro ou Minas Gerais tambem pode ser considerados, caso tenham total disponibilidade de mudanca para Sao Paulo (sem auxilio da empresa);
  • Disponibilidade de viagens em territorio nacional (pelo menos 70% do tempo)
  • Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Mecânica;
  • Dominio de Excel;
  • Experiencia previa e comprovada com gerenciamento de equipes de vendas, visando ao atingimento dos resultados comerciais;
  • O profissional deve ser energico e focado em resultados;
  • Bons conhecimentos do mercado nacional de lubrificantes;
  • Experiencia previa com a formulacao de estrategias de vendas baseada em analises de mercado;
  • Atuacao comercial previa nos mercados de lubrificantes, rolamentos ou aditivos.

  • Ingles avancado/fluente.

  • Responsavel pelo gerenciamento de uma equipe de vendas composta por 7 pessoas;
  • Organizar e controlar as vendas da equipe, visando ao cumprimento de resultados individuais e ao cumprimento do budget de vendas para a regiao de Sao Paulo;
  • Formular estrategias de vendas baseada em analises de mercado.
