As HR Services Documentation Specialist your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Overall accountability for up to date Content Management in HR Service Center (working instructions and manuals, organizational charts and SharePoint);
- Work closely with Case Specialists on identifying process documentation gaps/further clarifications, update Standard Operating Procedures and any other supporting documentation;
- In collaboration with Country / Regional / Global Service Line Leads drive updates and sign-offs of documentation;
- Assist with generation and management of internal project plans;
- Maintain data within the GBS HR database, providing routine/ad hoc reports and updates.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of work experience;
- Proficiency in business English;
- Excellent problem solving and written/verbal communication skills;
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint);
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to prioritize your tasks and to keep deadlines.
In addition, the following would be highly preferable:
- Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company;
- First-hand experience in planning, writing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures;
- Experience and knowledge with KPIs reporting.
