The Web Developer will work in a team to develop our revenue marketing and customer community vision leveraging multiple technologies including Drupal, Salesforce.com, and custom java based websites. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technology solutions and for the design, development, and testing of features and functions in the Digital and Customer Experience space.

Essential Responsibilities

You will also support our current applications including a Cloud Craze based eStore, java based Customer Portal and Salesforce Community. The Web Developer will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate to high complexity, follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. You must have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You should demonstrate agility and innovation to deliver a world class product in a small development team environment. You must combine forward looking development goals with an ownership mentality for stable operations.

As the Web Developer, you will:
  • Develop, test and debug web applications
  • Content administration, publishing and modification for gewater.com
  • Own and enhance the support and stability of key systems
  • Support analytics integrations (GA, Marketo, SFDC)
  • Provide ongoing support of applications
  • Provide technical expertise to a fast moving development team meeting challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership
  • Collaborate closely with other developers in a small team environment
  • Develop competency in adjacent technologies / capabilities
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to apply to solution development
  • Develop and implement standards for stability, reusability and performance


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web development role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with html, css, javascript, angular, bootstrap
  • Minimum of 1 year of Drupal development experience
