Position Summary

Key responsibilities will include: Supervise accounting team (5 people), point of contact with all company departments, working closely with Country Manager, project accounting, project setup and revision, review and adjustment of time and exp. charges, revenue recognition, complex billings, analysis and reconciliation, collections/AR reconciliation, consultant pay-when-paid activities and AP reconciliation, project closeout.
Ad-hoc analysis for various Project Manager's, the Financial Controller and Corporate Senior Leadership. Required skills

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

At least 10 years' work experience at Architectural / Engineering industry.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet monthly deadlines.

Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in coordinating a small team.

Native in Italian and with a really fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of German could be a strong plus.
