The ES Field Service Technician/representative role is to provide well-described tasks in the water treatment area (Equipment). He/She will be responsible to provide service where needed, mainly into his/her area but not limited to. The position reports to the ES Service Manager. Travel within the geographic area is required.

Essential Responsibilities

Main responsibilities are:

  • EH&S compliance
  • Helping on Equipment Start-up and Commissioning
  • Operation at BOO or Mobile sites
  • Help with Site Surveys
  • Repair/Maintenance/warranted work
  • Minor assembly, as required
  • Contractor supervision if required
  • Execute minor chemical analysis on site
  • Customer and internally reporting/Data processing
  • Participation in Piloting and Field trials
  • Participating in the local team meetings to share best practices
  • Focal contact person at customer site


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma
  • Proven experience in water treatment equipment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a must. Candidates who are not fluent in Spanish or Portuguese will not be considered for this position
  • Service mentality, customer is number one
  • Skills to manage technical problems at customer site
  • Diplomacy and Communication skills
  • Good Electrical and Mechanical background and experience. Use of tools
  • Availability to work in shifts and weekends
  • Availability to travel in the country and throughout Europe
  • Computer base knowledge
  • EU work permit
  • Valid driver licence in Spain or Portugal
