Assist proactively in the definition, implementation and operation of the Security Awareness, Education and Communication Program (SAEC Program) that will establish a global customer oriented service within ABB. Collaborate in the process of transition of the current Security Awareness service to a new evolved Program, focusing on a risk-based approach, aligning objectives and deliverables of the SAEC Program to the Global Information Security Strategy and supporting business objectives.

• Collaborate actively in the plan, design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Global Security Awareness, Education and Communication Program (SAEC Program) and align it to the GF-IS InfoSec Global strategy;
• Assist on the planning, definition, implementation and maintenance of awareness campaigns and e-learning initiatives that are defined, agreed and deployed within all ABB units in scope;
• Assist on the planning, definition, implementation and maintenance of communication initiatives and campaigns related to the Program;
• Support project-based activities by providing advisory, consultancy and guidance related to Program;
• Help to ensure that Program engages different targeted audiences, focusing on what is important to users in their jobs, how being aware of the risks around their data will improve their daily work and addressing a user's change of behavior;
• Propose metrics' framework that can effectively measure the Program;
• Assist on the activities related to hand-over project to a service operation model (service running);
• Proactively discuss and engage with internal and external stakeholders (InfoSec team, IS/IT and business departments) on requirements and topics that need to be addressed in awareness and training/educational items;
• Support service operations related to delivery of internal communication regarding key messages or topics defined by GF-IS InfoSec Top Management;
• Support service operations related to awareness and e-learning deployments within ABB.

• Graduate level with Communication / Marketing / Learning and Training / Business Management or equivalent practical experience;
• 2-3 years of experience in global communication, awareness and/or education campaigns in large, multinational and multi-cultural environments;
• Experience in creating and leading a remote, global community supporting the effective implementation of global communication and/or awareness campaigns;
• Preferably 1-2 years or more of experience in the Security Awareness and Education domains;
• Experience working with/for an IS/IT department would be preferred;
• Experience in coordinating/leading development of learning content;
• Excellent communicator being able to effectively communicate with all type of audience including senior management;
• Proven expertise in analyzing customer needs and translate requirements in a sound communication or education plan;
• Ability to translate complex technical messages into clear communication adapted to non-technical audience;
• Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer and leverage expert knowledge;
• Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence clients and teams;
• Project management experience would be an asset.
