As HR Specialist, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Support and/or administer the business travel related activities together with the other ABB stakeholders and service providers, according to the agreed country practices related to e.g. bookings, travel approvals, processing expense claims;
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems related to Travel and provide on-demand reports related to all Travel processes;
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Travel processes according to the defined Service Level Agreements;
- Typical tasks would be (not extensive list): Travel Expense Adjustments / Corrections, Change of status for Travel Expense Reports in SAP or other systems, Supporting other functions with Travel Reports (Ex. Mileage reimbursement, Project Costs and in Tax-related cases).

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in business English and French;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Proactive way of working with a strong "can do" attitude;
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel skills);
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Attention to details;
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
- Ability to work in teams.

In addition, the following would be preferable:
- Exposure to SAP tools;
- Interest towards different aspects of Travel and Expense Management.
