As Team Manager R&D, you will be provided a highly visible role at our Technology consulting department at Corporate Research. Your main mission will be to further develop infrastructure as well as your team of 20 members. This will, among other things, involve managing the daily running of our electrical testing labs, ensuring great safety work and taking on financial responsibility. Not to mention building strong customer relationships. You will also work with LEAN. Maintain and develop the accreditation of our labs as well as contribute to our further growth.

Your personal qualities are vital for success. As Team Manager, you need the ability to motivate, coach and develop others. Equally important are your negotiation skills and the fact that you are reliable, organized and analytic. Interpersonal skills are also highly valued.

You hold a Master's degree with specialization in Electrical Power, Energy Technology, Engineering Physics or equivalent experience. This you combine with experience from leading and developing personell. Skills in change management, financial management, business economics and accreditation/quality work are also to your advantage. Knowledge of work environment management, ISO standards and electrical testing will also be beneficial. You need to be fluently in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
