Become an important part of the Control Technologies team in Malmö. Control Technologies is a business unit within ABB's division Process Automation. We are responsible for development, marketing and sales of automation products, both hardware and software for monitoring, control and optimization. We sell and deliver automation systems to all types of process industries. With the 800xA system we offer unique opportunities to synchronize data from the manufacturing process with additional information systems and enable all decision information available in real-time to our customers.

You will be part of our Quality and Operational Excellence team, responsible for securing quality in the entire value chain of Control Technologies' products. You will focus on the R&D processes and operations where you will lead, develop and monitor quality and safety assurance in projects and systems within both hardware and software. With your professional expertise and technical understanding in hand, you will advise experienced project managers in complex matters as well as provide training and support in current safety laws and quality issues. You will also perform audits and inspections to ensure that all processes comply with established procedures as well as regulations. Not to mention that our quality management system maintains the highest standard. This broad role offers a large network in a global organization with great prospects for professional growth.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in Quality Management or SW systems development. In addition, you have at least eight years relevant work experience, preferably from managing and developing quality related processes.
Experience from the electronics industry as well as working as scrum master within projects is highly valued.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 is qualifying but more important is experience from working with functional safety certification. Another valuable asset is your experience from traditional programming within product development of SW. Naturally, fluency in both Swedish and English is required, in writing as well as in speech.

You are confident in your role and have the ability to question existing processes as well as get people on board toward common goals.
