The Analyst - Supply Chain FP&A analyst will serve as a key Financial position reporting to the Financial Leader - Steam Turbine & Generator Inventory with significant interface with Material Managers and Operations.

Essential Responsibilities

The Analyst - Supply Chain FP&A Analyst will use manufacturing, engineering, and financial systems to provide simple to complex reports and analytics.

In addition, you will:
  • Support the overall planning / coordination for Physical Inventory and Statistical Audits plus the costing and calculation of the Surplus / Deficit
  • Be responsible for Consigned Inventory tracking
  • Lead Annual Standards Change
  • Lead the quarterly Obsolescence reviews
  • Analyze and maintain the Shipping Notices database
  • Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations
  • IBS owner of three BUCs - Clear rejects and aged invoices plus book quarterly accruals
  • Analyze and resolve all Material Distribution error
  • Provide Leadership with monthly inventory results
  • Support weekly Inventory reviews & Scorecards
  • Track Cash Flow actuals for Steam Turbine and Generator
  • Drive overall reporting simplification and automation
  • Respond to multiple ad-hoc requests as necessary
  • Proactively seek opportunities for automation, standardization, process improvement and costout in conjunction with reporting requirements
  • Support the ERP implementation


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years of finance / accounting or manufacturing experience
