The Global Product Line organization is one of three organizational pillars in Power Services and is responsible for global volume, profitability & growth in terms of market share, TAS, SAS. As PWR SVC GT oOEM Prod Line-SGT6-5000F Platform Leader, you will develop the global product roadmap and deliver a competitive product portfolio to support growth.

Essential Responsibilities

As the PWR SVC GT oOEM Prod Line-SGT6-5000F Platform Leader, you will:

  • Manage and plan technology investments, commercialize new products and lead complex or 1st-time projects in co-operation with the regions
  • Define the capability, resource and industrial footprint requirements and ensure that the regions have appropriate resources
  • Be responsible for the global strategy definition, implementation and business results for the SGT6-5000F platform within the GT oOEM product line organization
  • Be responsible to create and manage the integrated portfolio programs and investment plans for the SGT6-5000F platform ensuring that we optimize resources and costs to deliver market leading solutions
  • Demonstrate your creative problem-solving, technical, commercial, communication and process skills in a complex, global and fast-paced environment
  • Help drive growth on a global stage to support the Power Services strategic plan
  • Be accountable for delivering the product line cost and growth program return on investment and market based cycle time for the 60Hz SGT6-5000F platforms
  • Establish and manage program priorities and resolve any functional execution issues
  • Optimize the ability to deliver programs to meet customer needs & cost targets, balancing investment trade-offs, maintaining competitive advantage and market leadership

  • Be accountable for Platforms level:
  • Product line cost and growth program return on investment
  • Product line program cost, quality and cycle time
  • Create and manage product line integrated cost and growth program portfolio & plan
  • Maintain NPI (New Product Introduction) task schedules in support of selected execution processes (i.e. FastWorks, lean, modified tollgates, etc.)
  • Create and lead execution operating rhythm, identify and resolve issues and delays
  • Identify portfolio gaps and work with product line / function / regional leaders to deliver on programs that support strategic growth and differentiation


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational, quality, finance or process improvement roles
