Data Management Advisor We are currently looking for an analyst to join a team who manage our gas and electric products throughout the distribution network, and report to our senior stakeholders. Supporting innovative industry wide changes, this is an exciting time to join our team in a full time role, based in our Rainton House office near Houghton le - Spring.

The Role Our Data management team analyse and report on the management of our gas and electric products throughout the distribution network.

You will be required to:

Produce spreadsheets & reports using data from a variety of sources.

Using our bespoke systems, perform quality checks to ensure information held across systems is recorded accurately, and resolve any data inconsistencies; identifying root cause and recommending improvements where appropriate.

Use internal databases and processes to answer and accurately record customer details

Perform relevant security checks on accounts

Work to company procedures and performance measures

Any ad hoc tasks in line with company requirements

Support partnerships as part of the business objective
