Internship in Talent Management Would you like to turn your theoretical knowledge into practice and get the opportunity to work with leadership development, talent management as well as facilitating workshops and network events in a global business environment?
Join us and become an intern in Talent Management where your primary tasks will be within leadership development, strategy implementation in a large private organisation, facilitation of workshops and network events. You will be working alongside other team members and drive your own projects. This will give you a wide array of tasks and many opportunities to work and learn in a dynamic environment. The focus of Talent Management is to improve the development of the employees in DONG Energy.
You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area, where you will be placed near your supervisor. However, you should expect some travelling to Skærbæk near Fredericia, where our other team members are situated. You will work approximately 30 hours a week from Monday to Thursday for 14 weeks, and you will have flexibility in connection with examination papers. Please note that the internship is unpaid and temporary.
Your key tasks will be to 

  • assist in the new learning and development strategy for DONG Energy 
  • identify and work with High Potential employees to help them develop within the business 
  • assist in the development of short workshops 
  • participate in team meetings, stakeholder meetings, the talent programmes and meetings with external vendors/learning and development partners.
The flexibility of parts of the work will allow you to partially structure your own day and time, as long as you are keeping your deadlines. During your internship, you will get an insight into how the organisation works as a whole, but also how individuals and experts do their work, thus allowing you to learn from others as well as through your own tasks.
The tasks themselves can vary. Most will be done alone, some in collaboration with co-workers, and others will be assisting co-workers with their work as a sparring partner.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you 

  • are currently studying psychology 
  • have worked with organisational (occupational) psychology during your studies 
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks 
  • are able to communicate with people from different departments and across the globe 
  • speak and write English fluently.
