  • Responsibilities include planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling the function for a major project or several projects.
  • Responsibilities also include providing corporate management support.
  • Interfaces with senior level clients, joint venture and industry organizations professionals.
  • Administers activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products.
  • Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contact activities.
  • Provides for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports, advises management and project personnel of contractual rights and obligations.
  • Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Reviews subcontractor bids for conformity to contract requirements.

  • 15+ years of experience required, BA or BS or equivalent experience in related field
  • 10+ years of EPC experience required
  • Experience in Prime and Subcontract Management required
  • International Large +$5 Billion EPC Project experience required
  • US Domestic Large+$1 Billion EPC Project experience required
  • IMPT or PMC experience required
  • Previous experience directly managing teams of contract administrators in the home office and at construction sites required
  • Lump Sum project experience required
  • Work will include long term assignments to construction jobsites
  • Travel and mobility required
