We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in our KENNESAW, GA office. Duties for this position include:

•Process client lump sum and time & material invoices.
•Verify that employee time sheets, expense reports, and pass-thru items are correct and complete in preparation for invoicing.
•Review Projects for Monthly Invoicing.
•Communicate with Projects Managers to ensure only quality invoices are received by the client.
•Completion of credit applications to establish new vendors as requested by Project Managers.
•Assist with company training of PM's and staff to assess projects for appropriate accounting and invoicing treatment, as needed.
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

As a qualified candidate, you will have the above experience and meet the below requirements:

•Associates Degree or 2-3 years' experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
•General accounting knowledge and good research and resolution skills.
•Exposure to job costing a plus.
•Collections is NOT a function of this position.
•Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast paced environment.
•This is high volume, deadline driven position that requires strong attention to detail.
•Multiple systems experience a plus, with Intermediate Excel skills required.
•Must be a team player and have a positive, can do attitude.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must have excellent organizational skills.
•Must exhibit a high level of customer service skills.
•The most qualified candidate will be highly motivated, detailed oriented, degreed with a stable work history, dependable with a professional, polished demeanor and a strong desire to be an integral member of an interactive team.
•Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
