ENERCON Services Inc., doing business for the Federal Government through our wholly owned subsidiary, ENERCON Federal Services, Inc. (EFS), provides engineering and environmental services to many branches of the Federal Government. With extensive experience in engineering design, nuclear safety, decommissioning and environmental services, we are actively supporting large and small projects throughout the DOE complex. EFS also has current experience supporting operations and decommissioning efforts at US Army Corps of Engineers and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) facilities.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compensation Analyst Coordinator to support our client in Oak Ridge, TN by providing day-to-day compensation activities support, to include:
• Setting rates, conducting job studies, performing compensation reviews, preparing job descriptions and postings, administering the annual salary and variable pay programs in assigned organizations, and preparing statistical summaries and special reports as needed
• Consults with and advises management and employees on compensation issues
• Evaluates new or revised jobs and determines appropriate FLSA classification, job level/salary range and appropriate salary

Minimum requirements:
• BA/BS Degree plus 10-14 years of direct experience required, or a MA or MS with 10-13 years of experience
• Ideal candidates have strong excel skills: VLOOKUP, "If/Then" statements, pivot tables etc.
