  • Responsible for the integrated, consistent, reliable and cost effective delivery of IT services to meet customer and business expectations and agreements
  • Responsible of the ITIL Processes Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Business, internal and external suppliers
  • Plan, set up and coordinate service delivery and local processes in accordance with the wider Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework and tooling
  • Manage operational budgets ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Manage end-to-end service level agreements to meet business objectives considering quality, costs and risks
  • Manage supplier and vendor performance (internal and external) and service level compliance on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and central guidelines and frameworks (e.g. Internal Control System, Security, Data Privacy)
  • Driving continuous improvement of service delivery, processes and standards as part of the digital transformation
  • Accompany IT projects to ensure a seamless transition into operations and enable adequate service delivery models (Service Enabling)

  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience in IT service management and service integration incl. supplier management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, e.g. for facilitating meetings/workshops, and communicating complex technical subjects in business terms
  • Very strong conceptual and analytical skills; project management experience beneficial
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT operations incl. ITIL and SIAM
  • German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures based in different locations
  • Experience in Operational Excellence knowledge and tools are appreciated
