- Minimum of 15 Years Delivering Multidisciplinary Turnkey Projects & Managing Multidisciplinary Teams
- Significant Experience in Pre Construction and Construction or alternatively Consulting/Contracting Environments
- Fully Conversant and High Familiarity With Design and Build Of Integrated Facilities & Services (Process Knowledge Will Be Beneficial)
- Experience Within Hi Tech Niche Sectors Working On A Single Project CAPEX Range from Thousand's £ to £100M
- Familiarity With Design, Build, Operate and Maintain Lifecycle Offers and Solutions
- Exceptional Track Record of Team Management, Development and Mentoring Working With Designers/Design Teams
- Highly IT Literature and Conversant With A Range Of IT Tools/Systems for Role Success

- Management of Technical Department Multidisciplinary Manager's
