ABB is currently developing the IS PMO Organization to consolidate and deliver high quality IS services to ABB business units around the globe and focus more of our attention to innovation and development. For our growing global team, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Global Agile IS Community Manager to build our Project Management capability.

The core responsibility of Global Agile IS Community Manager will define and coach the Agile Practice at ABB IS.

As a Global Agile IS Community Manager, you will:

• Serve as an advisor to ABB leaders and organizations, facilitate diverse stakeholder discussions about Agile Practice, lead by example, and challenge the status quo;
• Run continues improvement process for IS Agile Practice;
• Manage process of Agile Practice implementations in various ABB IS organizations;
• Be involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions/services;
• Provide advice and support to the installation of new or changing of existing IS solutions/services;
• Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services;
• Consult and give advice to ensure others comply with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture;
• Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility;
• Identify, propose, advise and implement existing IS technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation while using understanding of existing technology and business requirements;
• Define and coach on Agile Practice at ABB IS.

• Above 5 years of Agile and Scrum management experience;
• Profound Agile and Scrum knowledge, combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact;
• Experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle;
• Profound knowledge of ITIL processes;
• Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar;
• Above 1 year experience in working in a non-native country and culture;
• Meet requirements of Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC);
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) designation for a minimum of 1 year;
• Significant hands-on experience in at least one of the roles within Scrum Team;
• Proven experience in providing coaching within various organizations, departments, or programs and contributing to those;
• Proven experience in enabling organizations to find their own solutions to business problems through the application of Agile principles;
• Familiar with, promote and embody the mindset of Servant Leadership;
• Experience in using a rich set of facilitation, training and coaching tools, and models.
