You will be part of High Voltage Cables in Karlskrona, Sweden. We manufacture and install high-voltage cables for underground and submarine applications. We have a unique production environment for the latest cable technology on the market where we develop efficient high technological power transmission solutions enabling expansion of renewable energy. Globally, we install and commission our high voltage cable systems diligently and with the client's needs at the heart of our focus.

The Simulations Department (TS) is specialized in advanced calculations and simulations with focus on mechanical, electrical and thermal analysis supporting development projects, tenders and commercial projects.

There is an increasing demand for mechanical analysis related to offshore cable installation and cable handling. As an analysis engineer you will undertake analysis of for instance cable laying, pull-in operations, joint over boarding and cable fatigue. The purpose of the analysis is to verify that the planned installation operations can be performed in a safe manner and to provide guidance on weather limitations, expected loads onto the cable and how the procedures can be improved. Findings from the analysis are communicated both internally and externally through reports and project meetings. You will be supporting some of the most advanced cable installation projects in the world with varying technical challenges that are to be solved.

You will be part of a highly skilled team with great possibilities for personal development and specialization.
